Rev. Fr. Thomas Chininis, Proistamenos
Fr. Thomas joined our community in October 2024. Prior to St. Demetrios he had served at the Annunciation Cathedral in Boston, Holy Transfiguration in Lowell, St. Philip Church in Nashua, NH, St. Spyridon Church in Newport, RI and the Holy Trinity Church in Dallas, TX. He graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology with an M.Div.
Fr. Tom has held leadership positions with various organizations. He is currently the President of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston Clergy Brotherhood and Vice President the Archdiocesan Presbyters Council of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. Additionally, he has been a member of the Metropolis of Boston Council and the Metropolis of Boston Summer Camp Committee. He has also worked extensively with several summer camps of the Orthodox Church. In addition to his parish responsibilities he has served as the advisor of Orthodox Christian Fellowship at several colleges. Fr. Chininis is the father of three children who live in the Boston area.

Rev. Fr. Nicholas Krommydas, Pastor Emeritis
Fr. Nicholas Krommydas has been with the St. Demetrios Community since 2001. Previously he served as chancellor of the Metropolis of Boston and as adjunct professor at Holy Cross School of Theology since 1989.
Fr. Nick has also served communities in San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Waterbury, CT, Norfolk, VA, and Worcester, MA before coming to St. Demetrios in Weston.
He completed post graduate studies and degrees in Pastoral Care Counseling and Spiritual Direction from Yale University and Boston University as well as clinical work in a hospital and psychiatric settings.
He is married to Presvytera Elaine, has three children Irene, Dean, and Christina, two wonderful son-in-laws, Ben and Nickolas, and three grandchildren Niko, Elena, and Illiana.

Marianne Kent- Office Administrator
Marianne joined the St. Demetrios community as the office administrator in March of 2016.
Marianne graduated from Hellenic College in 2012 with a degree in Human Development and Elementary Education. She taught special education in the public school system before working at St. Demetrios.
Nikolaos Korderas- Church Sexton
Niko has been a part of the St. Demetrios community since 2015.
